Pankaj Mistry

Pankaj Mistry is an art photographer, with an experience of industrial photography of 30 years. As an industrial photographer he has worked with major corporates in the country over diverse industrial spectrum. The shift to art was transcendence for the soul. Having understood and experienced the limitations of working within the boundaries and frames in commercial photography, the urge to break these frames has set him free. He now speaks a different language though the medium remains the same i.e. Photography. Art gives him this freedom of expression without the shackles of commercial viability. Its more a soul feed and less market driven. This art has given him various opportunities to explore himself and the thirst as a seeker is quenched at every step, and he hopes it continues to do so. A consummate technician; known equally for the immaculate descriptive quality of his industrial shots and for his masterly exploration of photographic materials. In last few years of this shift from commercial to art, Pankaj Mistry has showcased his works on various national and international platforms. Mistry lives and works in Mumbai.

Dr. Sonam Shikawar, a gifted artist and one of the creative forces behind our exclusive boutique homes. Born and raised in Bhopal, Sonam was exposed to the city's vibrant art and cultural scene from a young age, shaping her unique artistic sensibilities. As a part of Bharat Bhavan, Sonam's artistic vision was further honed, leading her to pursue a PhD in the field in 2016.

As one of our esteemed creative collaborators, Sonam brings a unique perspective and artistic flair to our boutique homes. Her intricate and evocative creations add a touch of soulful elegance to every space. Parul Dar

Parul Dar, an exceptional sculptress and esteemed creative collaborator within our boutique homes. Born in Sonepat, India, Parul's artistic journey led her to complete her Master's degree at the renowned College of Arts in Chandigarh. Drawing inspiration from the city's rich cultural heritage, Parul's sculptures and artworks embody a harmonious blend of elegance and contemporary design.

Parul's profound understanding of lines and their innate characteristics finds expression in her creations, where she skillfully merges abstraction and figurative elements. Through her art, she captures the essence of organic forms, evoking a sense of sublime beauty that resonates with the soul.

As avaluable member of our creative team, Parul brings her artistic vision to our boutique homes, infusing them with a touch of captivating artistry. Karan Mistry

Karan Mistry, born in 1991 pursued fine arts at Rachna Sansad, mumbai. In college ceramic and pottery took his interest and the different forms enticed making him explore various materials and their applications in art. Having come from the family of artists, art runs in his blood streams. The exposure to art, photography and designing from a very young age help him set his path and horned his skill beside opening a different dimension of his vision. During college working as an assistant photographer for 3 yrs and design intern sharpened his skills and vision. Right after the college he entered the field of space designing and now has an experience of over a decade in this field and many projects to credit. His first project at young age of 21 was at Udaipur, Rajasthan of developing a 2 acre property which he individually handled and executed, and after that many projects of space designing in mumbai, navi mumbai, Pune, Thane and others in and around Maharashtra. As art runs in his blood stream the flavors can be seen in the designs of the projects done by him. Beside art he also has sound technical knowledge of materials and executions which helps him in shaping a project and executing it. His entrant into D3 gives the company a strong and solid foundation and vision.
